Arrests made in creepy hazmat-suit bank robbery
Two suspects have been arrested in connection with an armed robbery earlier this week at a bank in Kelliher, Minn., the Bemidji Pioneer reports.
Beltrami County Sheriff Phil Hodapp on Wednesday night declined to name the suspects, the newspaper reports.
Investigators had said a suspect wearing a white hazmat suit and white plastic mask similar to one worn in the 1978 movie "Halloween", pointed a shotgun at an employee Monday afternoon at the First State Bank of Bigfork in the north-central Minnesota town. Investigators believe the robber was working with a driver.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and FBI have assisted in the investigation.
