A father and son were captured by police after being caught burglarizing a Minnesota high school for a third time.
According to the Meeker County Sheriff's Office, a father and son duo were found on the roof of Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City High School in Grove City just after 12 a.m. Dec. 26 after a burglary alarm was triggered.
Deputies responded to the school and set up a perimeter, then searched the building and found a 42-year-old man and his 18-year-old son on the roof. The Litchfield duo was taken into custody for burglary.
The sheriff's office says the father and son were identified as suspects burglaries at the same school on Nov. 14 and Dec. 5. They are being held at the Meeker County Jail on pending charges.
They were scheduled to make their first court appearance Tuesday, Dec. 28.
