No arrests have been made in the double killing.

The two women who were shot dead at a housing complex in Minneapolis have been identified as a mother and daughter.

Police were called to the 300 block of 2nd Avenue SE on Saturday night, arriving to find the two women dead from apparent gunshot wounds at a complex for the elderly and adults with disabilities.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner on Monday confirmed that one of the victims was Eileen Mark, 67, who died from a gunshot wound to the chest.

The other victim has been identified as her daughter, 42-year-old Jennifer Angerhofer, of Coon Rapids, who had stopped over for a visit.
