Authorities seeking suspects after boy found shot in Burnsville

He was discovered on the street early Saturday morning.

Authorities are appealing to the public for help following the shooting of an underage male in Burnsville this weekend. 

According to the Twitter account of the local police department, the victim was found at about 1 a.m. on the 600 block of 145th St E., a residential area near I-35. 

The unidentified victim, who age has not been specified, was found in the street and soon brought to the hospital for treatment. 

Per KSTP, he was shot in the head, though his current condition is not known. 

Authorities have made no arrests yet, and few other details are available. Anyone with information is urged to call investigators at 952-322-2323.
