An autopsy has confirmed that a women who went missing by the Minnesota River drowned.

Moriah Zwart, 20, of Le Sueur, Minnesota, was camping with a friend on a sandbar near to her home, but her friend lost track of her in the early hours of Friday, May 1, and was feared to have been swept into the river.

Her body was pulled from the river on May 6, and the Mankato Free Press reports that her death was caused by drowning, based on an autopsy conducted by the Ramsey County medical examiner.

At the time of her disappearance, authorities said they believe that alcohol had been a factor, and the Free Press notes that the blood-alcohol content found in her body was more than the legal driving limit of 0.08, though the precise amount was not revealed.

The Associated Press reports that the results of tests for drugs and other medications won't be available for weeks.

It adds that the Le Sueur County Sheriff David Tietz said no one has been charged or cited in Zwart's death, but said that it's "possible" that police will investigate who supplied her with the alcohol.

Her body was found about 2 1/2 miles downstream from where she and her friend had been camping.
