Bachmann bashes 'frugal socialists' in Republican Party

Trying to position herself as the most conservative choice among the Republican Party's presidential contenders, Michele Bachmann on Monday took shots at what she calls the "frugal socialists" of the right wing. She didn't name names, but said rivals Rick Perry and Mitt Romney are naive and do not know how to tackle Obama's health care law.
