In an email to supporters, Minnesota congresswoman Michele Bachmann blames liberal bias in the court system for moving her out of the district she currently represents. The five judges were appointed to the panel by Chief Justice Lorie Gildea. They each came to the bench through appointments by four different governors, all Republicans except for the Independence Party's Jesse Ventura.

Michele Bachmann says she's concerned the Donald might be leaning too heavily toward one candidate after Trump announced that he's close to making an endorsement. The Bachmann team has not yet decided whether to participate in an upcoming debate moderated by the business tycoon. Trump has also said he's considering running against the Republican field as a third-party candidate.

In an e-mail, CBS's political director John Dickerson wrote, 'Okay let's keep it loose though since [Bachmann's] not going to get many questions and she's nearly off the charts in hopes that we can get someone else.' Bachmann's camp is calling for Dickerson's firing.

Critics say the Minnesota Republican went too far in making allegations that U.S. government officials are linked to Muslim extremists. But some of the people she represents in the exurbs north of the Twin Cities rally to her defense, Politico reports. In fact, the congresswoman's comments – which ignited a firestorm of criticism, even from Republicans – may have further galvanized Bachmann's base.

Minnesota's new political map moves the Stillwater area - and any new bridge that's built there - out of the district Michele Bachmann represents. But the Republican Congresswoman promises that won't soften her resolve to see the project completed. The area will now be in the district represented by Democrat Betty McCollum, who opposes the bridge design now being considered.

The Republican Congresswoman is on her two-day energy tour through Minnesota's 6th Congressional District.
