Bemidji police asking for help finding at least 4 missing teens
Authorities in Bemidji are searching for four missing teens, all of whom disappeared in the last week.
The missing kids, who range in age from 15 to 17, were identified in four separate posts on the Bemidji Police Department's Facebook page.
The first to be announced, 15-year-old Justyce Quaderer, was last seen on Sunday, May 16, on the 1900 block of Delton Ave NW.
She's described as a "5’6” tall 100 lbs female with brown eyes and brown hair" who was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, dark hooded sweatshirt and dark blue pants. She's also in possession of a "light colored backpack," police say.
A 16-year-old named David Jacks has also been reported missing. Per the department, he was last seen Thursday afternoon, May 20, at a local Walmart:
Jacks is 5'9”and 170 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing "blue shorts, a blue zip up sweater and orange tennis shoes."
Police say he may be in the area of White Earth or Duluth, "as he was brought here by another Agency and does not have known family or friends in our area."
The next two teens appear to have gone missing together. Jasmin Hays, 16, and Zoe Jones, 17, were last seen 1800 block of Park Ave NW at 8:00 p.m. Thursday:
The same day, a 17-year-old named Taylynn Schneider apparently fled from the Northwest Juvenile Detention Center, per WDIO. She was last seen "running into the woods."
Police have not said if any of the cases are linked, though BringMeTheNews has reached out to the department for more information.
Photos were only provided for two of the missing teens.
