Bob Dylan gets political in Wisconsin; he'll play St. Paul Wednesday
Music legend Bob Dylan had predicted a big win for President Barack Obama long before the polls closed. The Associated Press reports he told concertgoers in Madison on Monday, “We tried to play good tonight since the president was here today." He went on to say, "I think it's going to be a landslide!"
The 71-year-old Minnesota native and his Band, with special guest Mark Knopfler, will take over the Xcel Energy Center on Wednesday night. However, MPR notes demand for tickets to the St. Paul concert has been weak.
In September, Dylan released his 35th studio album “Tempest.”
