A 6-year-old boy missing since Dec. 18 is the subject of a missing persons report in Minnesota. 

The Rice County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to help locate 6-year-old Kingston Anderson, who was last seen Dec. 18 on the 2300 block of Ariel Street North in North St. Paul. 

Anderson is 4-feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. He has green eyes and black hair. He also has a scar on his forehead, authorities say. 

Anyone with information that could help locate Anderson is urged to call 911, or contact the Rice County Sheriff's Office by calling 507-332-6000.
