Boy dies from gunshot wound in west-central Minnesota
An investigation is ongoing after a boy died from a gunshot wound in west-central Minnesota.
The Becker County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call around 9:35 a.m. Friday, with the caller reporting that a boy from rural Menahga suffered a gunshot wound.
When authorities arrived at the scene, they located the boy, who was pronounced dead.
The sheriff's office said there is no threat to the public. No further information has been released.
