Buffalo Wild Wings earnings soar 22% in 4Q
Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. said its net income jumped 22 percent in the fourth-quarter that ended Dec. 30, the Star Tribune reports.
The Golden Valley-based wings-and-beer chain earned $16.7 million, up from $13.6 million from the same period in 2011.
Buffalo Wild Wings said its annual revenue exceeded $1 billion for the first time, up from $784.5 million the year before, the Associated Press reports.
For the year, net earnings increased 13.6 percent to $57.3 million compared with $50.4 million in 2011, according to a company news release.
"We’re very pleased with our results as we continue to break sales records," CEO Sally Smith said during a conference call.
