Burnsville woman killed in crash between ATV, motorcycle
A young woman has died after a collision between an ATV and an off-highway motorcycle in northern Minnesota.
Natasha Diaz-Cruz, 23, of Burnsville, died Monday at Essential Health-St. Mary's in Duluth, a day after the crash in Gilbert on the Iron Range.
According to Gilbert PD, the crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. Sunday in the 5000 block of Enterprise Trail.
Diaz-Cruz had been a passenger on the ATV that was driven by a 35-year-old man from Burnsville, who was not injured in the crash.
The driver of the motorcycle was a 37-year-old man from Hancock, Minnesota, who was taken to a hospital in Virginia with non-life-threatening injuries.
