The suspect in a bank robbery in Moorhead has been arrested in Ohio.
Robert Evans, 51, was wanted for a string of crimes in multiple states, which resulted in him being included on the FBI's "Most Wanted" list.
The main crime he was sought for by the FBI was the robbery at the Gate City Bank inside the Azool Hornbacher's in Moorhead on May 1 of this year.
In that incident, a suspect entered the bank and provided an employee with a note demanding money, stating that he was armed. He managed to get away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He was identified as Evans by the U.S. Marshals Service using surveillance video, revealing he had outstanding warrants out of West Virginia.
Prior to his arrest, the FBI had warned that he was considered armed, dangerous and "possibly suicidal with violent tendencies."
His FBI "Most Wanted" appeal also listed multiple aliases.
He is currently being held on federal charges and warrants, Moorhead PD said.
