A 40-year-old Willmar man will serve at least 30 days in jail after reaching a plea deal on three indecent exposure charges.

The charges, filed in Kandiyohi County District Court this summer, reveal that Willmar police responded to a report of a "peeping tom" on June 29, 2017. Three different women accused 40-year-old Daniel Joseph Wiener with separate acts of lewd behavior.

One woman told police that Wiener exposed himself while masturbating outside the window of her home, saying she was changing her clothes when she spotted him crouched down, masturbating while looking through a small gap between the window blinds.

A second woman said she was watching TV on May 6, 2017 when her screen was hacked and replaced by video of a man masturbating, although the man's face wasn't visible.

A third woman accused Wiener of exposing himself and masturbating inside his home while she was outside having a cigarette. She told police that it was obvious he did so intentionally.

According to the West Central Tribune, Wiener pleaded guilty to the charges on July 18.

On Monday he reached a plea deal that drops two related charges in exchange for serving at least 30 days of a 90-day jail sentence and being placed on one-year probation that restricts him from going near the three women.
