An 18-year-old Minnesota man has been charged in the homicide deaths of his grandparents in Connecticut.

Charging documents obtained by NBC Connecticut say Marcus Fisher, of Cottage Grove, was staying with his grandparents in Montville, Connecticut, where he's accused of stabbing them to death and trying to burn down their house on Sunday night.

The report says Fisher initially denied involvement in his grandparents' deaths, but later admitted to arguing with his grandfather and stabbing him in the chest with a kitchen knife.

He then allegedly admitted to stabbing his grandmother when she came into the room.

The victims have been identified as 77-year-old Gertrude Piscezeck and 76-year-old John Piscezeck.
