Charges: Naked man climbed into girl's bed, touched her feet at Minnesota campsite
A 30-year-old Minnesota man is facing criminal charges after entering a camper and climbing into a young girl's bed with his pants down, according to a criminal complaint.
Kelvin Eduvi Rosales, of Waldorf, Minnesota, is charged with gross misdemeanor indecent exposure for the July 18 incident, which happened around 1 a.m. at Kamp Dels in rural Waterville, Le Sueur County.
According to the complaint, Eduvi Rosales climbed into an 11-year-old girl's bed and was "touching her feet." The girl went outside and told two men – one who was staying at the same camper and the other man from a neighboring campsite – who then approached Eduvi Rosales and told him several times to leave.
Both witnesses told a responding deputy that Eduvi Rosales still had his pants and boxers down around his ankles, exposing his genitals, when they demanded he leave.
The deputy arrested Eduvi Rosales and took a preliminary breath test, which registered at .244, which is more than three times the legal driving limit.
