- A 9-year-old boy.
The remaining three occupants all suffered injuries:

- A 7-year-old boy was taken to Children's Hospital.
Their conditions were not provided by the sheriff's office.

The Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office and Minnesota State Patrol are investigating, though initial indications are alcohol was not a factor.
