Thooft and Lund were reported missing last Sunday following a fishing trip near the town of Lake Benton, in southwestern Minnesota. The couple hadn’t been heard from since early Sunday morning.

The search for the pair began Monday, and on Tuesday morning officials located a vehicle at the bottom of Lake Benton near the Norwegian Creek Campground, and removed it from the lake Thursday, reports say.
