Customer in top-hat plays shell game with cell phones; store now missing $500 phone
Employees at a Radio Shack in Woodbury apparently got taken. Police reports say a customer wearing a top hat asked to see several phones, then played a shell game with the phones and boxes. Later, employees discovered one box was empty.
