There are plenty of hurdles to go, but Gov. Mark Dayton has called for a special legislative session to begin Nov. 21 if a plan for a Vikings stadium is in place. Dayton says the session would end on Nov. 23, and says the discussion would be 'limited to a People's Stadium.'
