A flight from MSP International to Rapid City, South Dakota, arrived safely Sunday despite an engine issue.
According to a Delta Air Lines spokesperson, the twin-engine regional jet operated by Endeavor Air encountered a "performance issue with one of the Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft's two engines during its descent" into Rapid City Sunday night.
Flight 5057 landed safety and no injuries were reported.
The airline spokesperson told Bring Me The News that the "flight crew followed established procedures to safely land the aircraft," adding that "nothing is more important that the safety of our customers and people."
