Dialogue MN podcast: The impact President Trump's new trade deal might have on Minnesota agriculture

President Trump signed the trade deal with U.S., Canada and Mexico on Friday.

The latest episode of the Dialogue Minnesota podcast is the first of a two-part series on trade, tariffs and the impact made on the U.S. economy, specifically in Minnesota.

Joining Jim du Bois on this episode is University of Minnesota Economics Professor Timothy Kehoe, who also serves as an advisor for the Minneapolis Federal Reserve Bank.

Kehoe discusses the trade deal between the U.S., Canada and Mexico that President Donald Trump signed on Friday, which will have a big impact on Minnesota agriculture.

Part two of the episode will feature a look at the impacts the deal will have on Minnesota retailers. That episode will be released later this week.
