Dogs wed in St. Paul for 'Paws on Grand'

The Wedding Shoppe in St. Paul hosted its fourth annual dog wedding event Sunday as part of Paws on Grand, a business promotion to encourage dog owners to shop. About 100 pups were dressed in tuxedos and dresses, looking somewhat bewildered as vows were read declaring them "forever friends and canine companions."
