CaringBridge spans out in collaborative agreement with Hallmark

Two companies that foster connections announced a strategic agreement on Wednesday.

TechDotMn carried the news release that reported the new relationship between CaringBridge and Hallmark Cards, Inc.

Based in Eagan where it was founded, CaringBridge is an international nonprofit social network that allows people to connect online around health events. Hallmark is the world's leading greeting card brand. The Kansas City Star, reporting from the city where Hallmark is based, said that the card company will create ways for CaringBridge visitors to leave guestbook messages with Hallmark words and images.

Through the collaboration, the two organizations plan to create co-branded content, products and services. The two brands will also seek new ways to help people make connections.
