Authorities are asking the public to keep an eye out for a missing woman who was last seen leaving an assisted living facility in Edina.

According to Edina Police Department, 64-year-old Melinda Anna Larson walked away from the Edina facility around 11 a.m.

She is described as being 5'4'', 116 pounds with sandy brown hair and glasses. Larson was last seen wearing a multi-colored dress with a black sweater, and was likely carrying a green and blue oversized bag with tassels.

Larson left all of her medications behind, thus raising the concern for her wellbeing.

Authorities say Larson may be headed to the Duluth area.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact Edina Police at 952-826-1600.
