Body pulled from west-central Minnesota lake ID'd as missing fisherman
UPDATE 4:25 P.M. TUESDAY
The body of 60-year-old Ricky Longnecker of Appleton, Minnesota, was pulled from the south side of Lake Oliver in Swift County on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident is under investigation by the Swift County Sheriff’s Office and Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office.

Details are few but authorities are searching for a man in west-central Minnesota after his boat was found ashore a lake with nobody aboard.
The Swift County Sheriff's Office says it received a 911 call at 11:58 p.m. Sunday with a report that a boat was on shore at Lake Oliver in rural, west-central Minnesota.
The boat was still running when authorities arrived on the scene.
A search for the man thought to have been on the boat, 60-year-old Ricky Longnecker of Appleton, Minnesota, is ongoing.

Lake Oliver is located north of Appleton and west of Benson.
