It looks like we're not in the clear yet.

More rain is in this weekend's forecast. Adding a couple inches of water to areas that have already experienced devastating flooding this weekcould make things even worse.

The National Weather Service says a cold front will move through Minnesota Saturday, bringing rain and thunderstorms through central and southern parts of the state.

Strong to severe storms are expected Saturday evening to Sunday morning. Those storms could bring heavy rain, flooding and damaging winds.

Northern parts of the state could also get some rain. The flood-risk in those areas aren't as high, though.

Flood warnings

The NWS has issued several flood watches and warnings for this weekend. Click here to see them.

Most of the flood watches and warnings are for areas south of the Twin Cities: Blue Earth, Fairibualt, Winona, etc.

For the most part, flood advisories will expire Sunday.

However, warnings for Mower and Rice counties expire Monday. Houston County's warning expires Tuesday.

And Steele, Waseca, Le Sueur, Scott, and Sibley counties' flood warnings won't expire until Wednesday.

Here are some photos of the flooding:

If you're sick of all the rain, NWS has some good news. This coming week is expected to be much drier and a little cooler.
