'Extremely vulnerable' woman missing from Woodbury group home

Officials in Woodbury are asking for the public's help trying to locate an "extremely vulnerable" woman. 

According to the Facebook post, 26-year-old Jeanette Ozuna left her group home Wednesday without her phone and ID. She hasn't returned. 

She is 4-foot-11, 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Ozuna was last seen in a gray hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants and nude-colored shoes. 

According to the post, she does not appear to have family or friends in the Twin Cities area. 

Ozuna has a history of schizophrenia and substance use disorder. Staff also say she is extremely vulnerable to human trafficking.
