Fear the Future with St. Vincent in St. Paul this fall

A tour announcement – but no album news.

St. Vincent is bringing her just-announced tour to St. Paul.

The indie rock darling (real name Anne Erin Clark) will play the newly renovated Palace Theatre Nov. 18 as part of her Fear the Future tour, that was announced Wednesday.

Tickets for the 18-plus show are $40 a pop, and go on sale June 30 at 9 a.m. – you can get them here. There is also, of course, a presale, so check here for those details.

St. Vincent started her career as a member of the Polyphonic Spree, and as part of the touring band for Sufjan Stevens, before releasing her debut solo album Marry Me in 2007. She's put out three more full-length solo studio records since then, and last year was said to be working on another.

But as Variety points out, no album news came along with Wednesday's concert announcement – though expect more on that this year.

Here's St. Vincent's tour announcement video:

She also weighed in on the Jeronimo Yanez/Philando Castile case following last week's acquittal.
