Seventeen people, including three children, lost their homes in a fire that authorities believe may have been intentionally set.

St. Paul Fire Department reports that the fire happened on the 300 block of Fuller Avenue Thursday evening, with firefighters helping some residents escape out of a third-floor window.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported and the fire was doused quickly.

Eight apartments were significantly damaged and have been condemned.

"The fire is suspected to be incendiary and is under investigation," fire officials said.

It is not clear what temporary housing is being provided to the 17 victims, but FOX 9 says the Red Cross is working with them.
