Former KEYC anchor sentenced in DWI
The Mankato television news anchor who was arrested for driving while intoxicated several weeks after an on-air broadcast raised questions about her sobriety has been sentenced to probation.
Former KEYC Mankato news anchor Annie Stensrud was sentenced to one year in jail – but the sentence is stayed for two years if she follows terms of her probation, KEYC reports. Police stopped Stensrud in December with a blood alcohol level of .31.
She is no longer employed by the station, the Associated Press reports.
