Funding change has small public radio stations cutting content

MinnPost reports small public radio stations are scrambling for cash because of what critics are calling a purely political maneuver. The change requires an association of small public radio broadcasters to compete with MPR for Legacy dollars. One DFLer says it's a Republican plan to see that MPR receives less funding, but the result has been the opposite.
