Group of teens abuse women on U of M campus, one flashes them
Police say that two women were verbally abused by a group of teenage boys before one of them flashed his genitals at them.
The incident happened at 615 Washington Ave. SE on the University of Minnesota's East Bank campus at 10:50 p.m. Sunday.
The women were getting into their vehicle when they were approached by a group of 8 teens aged between 15 and 17.
They began "using derogatory language" towards the pair, before one exposed their genitals at them as the others continued the goading.
The group then walked over to the East Bank light rail station and left the area.
The University of Minnesota Police Department says the boy who exposed himself was wearing bright red pants, a dark sweatshirt, and blue and white-striped boxers.
He was around 5' 11" tall and had a "flat-top" haircut. Another of the teens was wearing a white puffy jacket.
