Missing woman found safe
Shortly after they issued a call for the public's help, Minneapolis police found the 80-year-old woman they'd been looking for, according to WCCO.
The Star Tribune reports a shopper in a neighborhood grocery store noticed that she had been in the store a couple of hours, and told managers, who called police.
Theresa Ann Lindholm had last seen about 3:30 a.m. Friday.
She's described as 5 feet tall and approximately 130 pounds.
According to the Pioneer Press, she has red hair, an Irish accent and is possibly wearing tan pants and a bright blue sweater and a gray jacket.
She's an avid walker who lives in the 2600 block of 36th Avenue South. Police say she may have covered a great distance.
