Hennepin County puts clamps down on intoxicated boaters

The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office is taking Boating While Intoxicated (BWI) offenses very seriously, and has made 55 arrests this year to date. Hennepin County Sheriff Rich Stanek called intoxicated boaters "a serious hazard" who "jeopardize the safety of everyone on the water."
