Here's the list of weekend construction travel pains the Twin Cities will deal with

Don't worry, construction season will eventually turn into winter.

If you haven't dreamt about orange cones and detour signs in the last few months, there's a good chance you don't live in Minnesota or you never leave your home.

Lucky you if you're either one, but for those of you who like to get out and about on the weekends in the Twin Cities, there's another list closures that you'll have to deal with this weekend.

You can get the entire list from MnDOT right here, but these are the big ones that will impact the most drivers.

Highway 62 in Eden Prairie, Edina

Eastbound Hwy. 62 will be closed from Interstate 494 to Hwy. 100 from 8 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday, Sep. 10.

Highway 169 in Belle Plaine, Jordan

Beginning Saturday, Hwy. 169 will go from a roaring multi-lane stretch to a single-lane pain, and it'll happen in both directions in an area ranging from south of Hwy. 282 in Jordan to north of Hwy. 25 in Belle Plaine. This will last through the end of September. No left turns will be allowed.

Interstate 494 in Bloomington

This one isn't quite the headache the others are, but both directions of I-494 in Bloomington will be reduced to one lane between Hwy. 100 and Hwy. 169 from 11 p.m. Friday through 4 a.m. Saturday. It's a short stretch during the overnight hours, so it shouldn't cause any crazy backups.

Some ramps in this area will also be closed for that five-hour stretch, including southbound Hwy. 100 to westbound I-494, westbound I-494 to East Bush Lake Road, and East Bush Lake Road to eastbound I-494.
