Highway closed after major train derailment in western Wisconsin
A highway in western Wisconsin has been closed for several hours after a major train derailment.
Images from the scene taken by WEAU show several train cars having piled up on a line that runs adjacent to U.S. 12 near the town of Knapp.
All lanes of the highway have been closed since the incident happened around 4 p.m., with the derailment involving a Union Pacific train.
Cleanup of the site is expected to take all night.
