Her lawyer wanted Amy Senser's vehicular homicide trial moved away from the Twin Cities, arguing publicity would make it impossible to seat an impartial jury. Judge Daniel Mabley rejected the request. He did not elaborate on the reason, but indicated he will explain before the trial begins on April 23rd.
