Justin Bieber doesn't care much for a bill proposed by Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.)

Lucky for her, the majority of Bieber's constituency is likely too young to vote.

During a radio interview with Washington D.C.'s HOT 99.5, Bieber criticized a proposed bill by Klobuchar making it a felony to stream copyrighted material.

According to Bieber: "Thay guy (sic) needs to be locked up."
