Minnesota ... Land of 100,000 gun carriers

One in nearly 40 Minnesota residents has acquired a permit to use deadly force when deemed necessary -- more than 10 times higher than a decade ago. The Star Tribune reports about 87 percent of handgun owners in the state are men and almost 70 percent are older than 40.
