It should be a good night for trick-or-treaters. A ridge of high pressure is bringing a stretch of dry weather with seasonable temperatures to Minnesota and a pleasant and cool evening for kids to hit the sidewalks in most of the state, the National Weather Service says. The next chance for precipitation will be Friday into Saturday, with light rain and snow possible.
