Original story

People in the area of the fairgrounds and Walmart in Little Falls are being asked by authorities to stay inside until a dangerous suspect in the area is arrested.

At 6:13 p.m., the Morrison County Sheriff's Department said they are searching for a suspect still at large – a man they say should be considered armed and dangerous.

The suspect, 36-year-old Robert James Devereaux, was last seen on foot in the fairgrounds area, east of Walmart in Little Falls. Devereaux was wearing an aqua/green shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone in that area is urged to seek shelter and stay inside with your doors locked.

"Do not answer your door. If you see a person matching this description, do not confront him. Call 911 immediately. We are asking everyone to stay away from this area," the sheriff's off said.

Updates will be provided on the Morrison County Sheriff's Office Facebook page
