All the Minnesota Wild do is win. They won in Dallas on Saturday and they won in Chicago on Sunday.

And now they're in first place in the Western Conference with 61 points.

It didn't look good early in the second period after Patrick Kane scored his second goal of the game, giving the Blackhawks a 2-0 lead. But a power play goal from Nino Niederreiter followed by Chris Stewart's ninth goal of the season tied the game going into the third period.

That's when Jason Pominville took a pass from Marco Scandella for the game winner.

Minnesota has now beaten the Blackhawks in eight straight games.

"It's a big game, just point-wise," said Wild goalie Devan Dubnyk, via ESPN. "If we want to be in first place, we're going to have to win games against these guys."

The Wild have won 17 of 19 games overall and are just two points behind Washington for the best record in the NHL. They also tied a franchise record with points in 12 straight road games.

Up next, the Wild start a four game homestand Tuesday against New Jersey.
