A motorist was killed in a two-vehicle collision in northwest Minnesota on Monday morning.
The State Patrol reports that the crash involved a 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue and a 1997 Plymouth Voyager, and that it happened when the driver of the Voyager attempted to cross Hwy. 1 from northbound County Road 10 and was struck by the Intrigue, which was eastbound on Hwy. 1.
The collision caused the Voyager to roll before coming to a rest on its roof in the ditch.
The driver of the Voyager died after being transported to a nearby hospital. He has been identified as 32-year-old David E. Anderson, of Bagley, Minnesota.
The driver of the Oldsmobile, identified as a 25-year-old man from Warren, Minnesota, was transported to a hospital with non-critical injuries.
The crash happened just before 9:30 a.m. Monday.
