Man accused of dismembering wife to plead guilty
The St. Paul man indicted for first-degree murder in the gruesome killing of his wife in January is expected to plead guilty Friday, the Pioneer Press reports.
Last month, a grand jury indicted Steven Roger Johnson, 35, on premeditated first-degree and second-degree intentional murder in the shooting death of 32-year-old Manya Johnson.
Manya Johnson's remains were found in plastic storage bins in a White Bear Lake garage.
According to charges, Steven Johnson shot his wife in the head when she told him she was leaving the relationship.
His plea hearing is set for 3 p.m. Friday.
