Man dead, suspect arrested after shooting at Rochester home
Police say there is no known threat to the public.
Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in Rochester in the early hours of Saturday.
The Rochester Police Department says it was called just after 1:10 a.m. to a home on the 4100 block of Manor Woods Drive Northwest after the man was shot.
Despite lifesaving efforts by responders, the man died at the scene.
One person was taken into custody. Rochester PD has provided no details about the suspect.
"There were no other injuries, and there is no known threat to the public," the department said.
The investigation is ongoing, with more information expected to be released in the coming days.
