A man has died from his injuries 12 days after being shot in north Minneapolis.
Minneapolis Police Department says that the victim was shot on the 2500 block of Golden Valley Road on the evening of Monday, July 13.
He was taken to North Memorial Medical Center in a critical condition, having been treated with tourniquets at the scene.
On Saturday, the victim died in the hospital, Minneapolis Police Department confirmed.
Police have yet to make an arrest in the shooting, with officers told that the suspect fled in a vehicle prior to them arriving.
The identity of the victim will be released in the coming days by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office.
