Man dies after car hits driveway, rolls multiple times

The 29-year-old Grand Rapids man was killed in the Sunday morning crash.

A driver was killed in northern Minnesota after he hit a driveway approach and rolled several times early Sunday morning.

The incident reported at 1:30 a.m., happened on 44th Avenue Southwest in Pine River Township, northwest of Pine River.

The Minnesota State Patrol says a 2006 Chevy Malibu left the road and went into the east ditch, striking a driveway and rolling "multiple times."

The driver, a 29-year-old man from Grand Rapids, was killed in the crash.

The State Patrol says he wasn't wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He is expected to be identified in the coming days.
