It's the city's 69th homicide of the year.

A man who suffered multiple gunshot wounds in Minneapolis earlier this year has died from his injuries.

Kenneth Darryl Durand, 39, was hospitalized on April 10 after being found shot in an alley off the 3600 block of Aldrich Ave North.

On Friday, Minneapolis police announced that he succumbed to his wounds on Saturday, September 11, five months after he was shot.
